  2. Service Consultation Fees

If a scheduled consultation is cancelled by Estate Mentor, users may be eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration.

  3. Service Coordination Charges
    Charges collected for coordination of maintenance services, vendor assignments, or property management support may be refundable only if service execution has not started. Once service coordination or vendor engagement has commenced, refunds may not be applicable.

  4. Third Party Service Payments
    Payments made directly to agents, agencies, vendors, contractors, or suppliers are governed by the refund policies of those respective service providers. Estate Mentor is not responsible for refund decisions related to third party transactions unless Estate Mentor has directly collected the payment under a written service agreement.
