    Estate Mentor provides mentorship, advisory, coordination, and facilitation services related to property buying, selling, renting, property management, vendor coordination, and material sourcing. Since many services involve professional consultation, third party coordination, and time based execution, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service requested.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Service Consultation Fees<\/strong>
    Consultation or advisory fees paid for property guidance, evaluation support, or professional consultation are generally non refundable once the consultation or advisory service has been provided. If a scheduled consultation is cancelled by Estate Mentor, users may be eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Service Coordination Charges<\/strong>
    Charges collected for coordination of maintenance services, vendor assignments, or property management support may be refundable only if service execution has not started. Once service coordination or vendor engagement has commenced, refunds may not be applicable.<\/p><\/li>
